[Michlib-l] Library Card Sign Up Month - Refer a Friend

Hi all,

We are considering doing a "refer-a-friend" program for library card sign up month. If a cardholder refers a friend to apply for a library card - both get entered into a prize drawing.

If anyone has done anything similar - any tips or advice? How did you manage who was referring who?
