DPL continues to partner with the League of Women Voters Detroit with a look at Michigan's Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission.

6:00-7:00 p.m.

This is the first year for the commission. Between that and the delayed delivery of census data, not to mention the continuing legal challenges, it will be interesting.
