[Michlib-l] Book Ordering delays

Hi All!

We have been trying to get an account set up with B&T since I was hired in
August. Still not completed.
Meanwhile, we reached out to Ingram and within a week had a demo, login,
and our first order placed and received. Brodart has been good, but we've
only been using them for processing materials at the moment. No delays or
long waits for shipments (and we had quite a few things needed in a short
period of time).
