The Alpena County George N. Fletcher Public Library is looking for a
reliable and capable Facility Manager to maintain and protect its
facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible, careful, and
thorough in working, cleaning, and maintaining the premises of the Alpena
County Library. Candidates must be able to operate complicated building
systems with computerized controls. A positive attitude and ability to
interact with the public on occasion are musts.

Compensation is $16/hr to start with a full benefits package, including
