[Michlib-l] Online Forms for Scheduling Volunteers/Field Trips

Good morning Michigan Libraries,

We’re wondering if anyone uses online forms to schedule field trips or volunteers at your library.  We hope to use an online form to organize our field trips and were wondering where to start.
