[Michlib-l] FREE Mental Health workshops this summer from VLA

Sharing on behalf of The Virginia Library Association. The VLA Professional Associates Forum is coordinating a series of FREE Mental Health workshops this summer. Their second workshop is just around the corner, July 21st at 2 pm EST!
Guided Stress Relief Session with Georgianne Ginder. Georgianne has her Master's Degree in Education and Holistic Medicine. She is a Certified Health and Wellness Counselor at Virginia Commonwealth University.  Georgianne will provide information on stress relief tactics as well as lead participants through a virtual, meditative relief session aimed at reducing stress and anxiety.
