[Michlib-l] Friend of the Library Bylaws examples

Our Friends group is in need of a bylaws refresh. If your library's Friends
group has an up-to-date set of bylaws and/or ones you find comprehensive and
that work well, will you please share them with me? I can compile results if
anyone else is interested.
