[Michlib-l] Quarantining items

We stopped doing a quarantine. We have informed our patrons that if they
want to do an "in home" quarantine we will extend their due date by four
days and put the items in a bag for them to take home. No one has taken us
up on the offer and we haven't had any complaints about the lack of
quarantine.
