[Michlib-l] RFP process

Hello everyone,

My library is working on developing a template for the RFP process that we
can then change slightly to suit different bids.  I was wondering if any of
you have a process in place that you'd be willing to share with me.  My
library just developed a Contracted Services Committee to work on reviewing
our different services on a to be determined calendar.
