[Michlib-l] Stress Management Presentation

Hi everyone!

As part of the Farmington Community Library's Healthy Living Series, Imana (Mo) Minard, Director of Nursing at Beaumont Farmington Hills, will be presenting on the topic of stress, how to cultivate internal motivation during challenging times, and how to apply practical strategies during stressful situations.

This event will take place next Friday, April 22nd, from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM in Conference Room A at the Twelve Mile Library (32737 W 12 Mile Road). It will also be offered virtually through Microsoft Teams so you can watch the presentation from the comfort of your own home or workplace.
