[Michlib-l] Birth to Five Literacy Support Network Hubs

The Michigan Department of Education has established 10 Birth to Five Literacy Network Hubs<https://docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-1vQQbcYsXq234YcCRKsRXBb4eRtGTXpm-ancB35RHVJVkf4uUN9oL1NTHx0n7k3P3NENPCFLpZo8uWeR/pub> across the state of Michigan with the support of Preschool Development Grant Birth to Five (PDG B-5) resources. These hubs are designed to be community collaboratives to support families and provide engagement in birth-to-five literacy. Public libraries are encouraged to participate with their regional hub.
