[Michlib-l] Staff Training Day

 Dear Sharon,
My staff loves to visit other libraries on Staff Development Day. We get lots of new ideas and meet some wonderful people! We've found this to be a very beneficial activity.

I am in the early stages of planning a staff training day for our very small workforce (we are a class II library). Just wondering what other small libraries have found to be beneficial for an in-house training, or any larger facilities willing to share.
I'd love to hear your experiences and I'm happy to compile responses if anyone is interested.
