I am very pleased to announce the Ruth Hughes Memorial District Library's Technical Services Librarian, Jessica Bostian, will be receiving a Tribute award from the State of Michigan legislators, which recognizes citizens for outstanding actions performed in support of fellow citizens. Jessica was recommended for this award by the Board of Directors of Lapeer County Community Mental Health, for her help in creating an art exhibit hosted at the library, showcasing the work of Community Mental Health clients.
