[Lawrence Marble]

Position:         Custodian– Part-time
Hours:            Up to 20 hours per week
Shifts:             4–5-hour shifts including some afternoons, evenings and weekends
Pay Rate:       $14 per hour
Reports to:     Library Director


Qualifications:

  *   Must be 18 years or older
  *   High school or GED equivalent
  *   Be available to work 3 to 5 days a week
  *   Reliable transportation
  *   Previous custodial experience desired.
  *   Successfully pass a background check & pre-employment screening.

Primary Job Duties:

  *   Cleaning restrooms
  *   Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
  *   Collecting trash
  *   Wiping surfaces
  *   Other similar tasks as assigned

Physical Demands:
Must be able to sit, bend, and/or walk for extended periods of time.  Must be able to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
