[Michlib-l] policy for delivery/pickup service for homebound patrons

Hi there!
For those of you who offer a delivery/pickup service for homebound patrons
in which employees or volunteers use their own vehicles, would you email me
your policy/procedures for this service or direct me to your website if
it's on there?
