Hi everyone,

We have an exciting author event coming up on September 27th, presented by the Friends of the Bay County Library System. We're proud to present this in-person author event featuring New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of historical fiction, Kate Quinn.

The event will begin at 7:00 pm on September 27th at the historic State Theatre in Downtown Bay City with a presentation and author talk by Kate Quinn, including a Q & A and book signing to follow. This event is completely free to attend, and no registration is required. Concessions and books for purchase will be available throughout the evening.
A native of southern California, Kate Quinn attended Boston University where she earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Classical Voice. She has written four novels in the Empress of Rome Saga, and two books in the Italian Renaissance, before turning to the 20th century with “The Alice Network”, “The Huntress,” “The Rose Code,” and “The Diamond Eye.” All have been translated into multiple languages. Kate and her husband now live in San Diego with three rescue dogs.

Please join us for this amazing opportunity to see a renowned author live in Michigan, and share the attached flyer with those who might be interested.
