The Rochester Hills Public Library (RHPL) is searching for the next member
of its Makerspace team, part of the Adult Services Department. RHPL has an
opening for a Makerspace Specialist/Librarian

and problem-solving is your passion and you want to work with a vibrant and
innovative team, this is the position for you. The Makerspace
Specialist/Librarian runs the Eureka Lab makerspace and is responsible for
operating and maintaining makerspace hardware, as well as programming for
all ages, managing patron appointments, and supervising Makerspace
Assistants.

The Rochester Hills Public Library is located in downtown Rochester, MI and
is part of The Library Network and Metro Net Consortium, and we utilize the
Polaris ILS as our computer system. RHPL is an anchor in the community with
a strong commitment to outreach and innovation. The mission of the RHPL is
to empower people to explore and create with resources that enlighten,
educate, entertain, and inform.
