Michigan Department of Health and Human Services offers free, ongoing virtual support through their Stay Well<https://www.michigan.gov/coronavirus/resources/mental-health-resources> resources and programming. Social media graphics, post content, and printable flyers for the following can be found here<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1cLEQPWoW_n3AhPwBuZHG1UZpm9ORfG0Q?usp=drive_link>. Registration is open and ongoing. Please feel free to share widely with your patrons or even offer a safe space in your library for patrons wanting to attend these sessions. Current sessions offer vary for teens, adults, and older adults.

· COPING WITH GRIEF AND LOSS - Series starts again Monday, July 31.
Grief is a natural reaction to loss, but it can bring a confusing tangle of emotions. Learn more about grief and how to cope with it in this workshop led by clinical mental health counselor Zeinab Moussa of the Stay Well program.

Grief can be difficult for anyone to navigate-and it's especially hard for adolescents whose lives have already been disrupted by the pandemic. Four in 10 teens report they feel "persistently sad or hopeless," according to a recent CDC survey. If you know a teenager struggling with these feelings, we hope you'll share this with them. "Staying Well" is a series of four workshops designed to help teens cope with strong emotions, manage relationships, and find meaning and purpose in their lives.
