Good morning, everyone;
So this compilation is slow in getting out but I thought I'd share. There were not many responses to this question.
1. Donor Tools = https://www.donortools.com/
* There is a flat monthly fee of $39 (there is a free 30-day trial so first year cost would be $429). If you add online giving, there is an additional service fee charge for credit cards (2.3% + 30 cents per donation). This product doesn't look as complicated as some of the others mentioned here.
2. Donor Perfect = https://www.donorperfect.com/
* There is a "Lite" subscription that is $99 per month for 1000 records (so, $1188 for a year)
3. Blackbaud = https://www.blackbaud.com/
* I didn't do much with this one as it looks like way more than we are ready to implement. I was warned that this is also pretty pricey.
4. Donor Dock = https://www.donordock.com/
* I played with this one a bit and found that it is easy to use. They say that they have a free version but after 30 days, they deleted my account entirely - grrr, lost data and opportunity to demo for the library board. The starter plan is $99 set-up and $49 per month ($687 for the first year)
5. Bloomerang = https://bloomerang.co/
* Pricing is based on annual billing. They have a volunteer management function that looks enticing.
Not sure which way SCCLS will go yet. I know we need to do something that will make donor retention and reporting easier than spreadsheets or notebooks. However, I don't think that we are ready for a full-on implementation of a database that requires a lot of training and daily maintenance. If the collective brain of this group has other suggestions, please share.

Good afternoon, everyone;
What donor management tools are you using AND are really happy with? We need to improve and modernize our processes, record keeping and reporting.
