Our goal is to support families, out-of-school programs, and libraries with quality programming and resources that encourage fun, community building, and learning all summer long. A huge component of our programming is our 100-page summer activity book series that we curate for preschool learners, early elementary learners, and upper elementary/early middle school young people. The three different books include activity pages for learning in literacy, math, science, and other content areas alongside fun, local, outdoor activities from Michigan organizations and PBS. All activity pages within the books link directly to a video and resource on our website so that families can engage with our video learning content while participating in hands-on activities. We also align the activity books with our broadcast TV schedule that reaches audiences across the state, with academic learning standards, and with the national CSLP theme "All Together Now."

We are excited to provide books at a discounted bulk rate that will ship directly to your library. We can also provide a print-ready file in early April if you are able to print your own copies to share in your communities. Finally, if you do not have the budget to print or order the physical books, please reach out to me so that I can connect you with a local engagement team member who can hopefully bring some extra copies to you - we have a limited supply this year but would love to build a strategy for leveraging libraries as distribution sites around the state.
