[Michlib-l] MERS Plans

Hello All,

Have any libraries made the decision to sunset their Defined Benefit plan
with MERS and move to a Defined Contribution plan only? If so, how was that
process for staff? I believe that some libraries offer both options, if
your library does, which plan is more popular?
