We're hiring!
Manager, User Services (F) - Waldo Library -- This position works four 10-hour shifts per week and covers nights at Waldo. This position coordinates management and maintenance of the stacks in Waldo Library and supervises User Services department student employees assigned to stacks projects. This position also is responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting library users at the service desk and online with a wide range of transactions and inquiries related to reference, circulation, reserves, interlibrary loan, and technology support, in addition to interpreting and implementing library policies, data collection, and training and mentoring student employees. This position also ensures the security and safety of library users, collections and equipment, and the Waldo Library facility.
