[Michlib-l] Contract with Friends organizations

Hello,

We have begun the process of drafting operating agreements with our Friends Groups and I was wondering if I could also get some examples to help aid in the conversations. We had our legal representative do a presentation and Q&A; however, some are more reluctant than others so any other suggestions or advise is appreciated.
