The Rochester Hills Public Library (RHPL) is searching for the next member
of its leadership team.  RHPL has a job opening for a Head of

 If storytelling and communication is your passion and you want to work
with a vibrant and innovative team, this is the position for you.  This
person plans and oversees communication and promotion of library services,
programs, collections, news, and major events for the library through a
variety of media channels and outlets.  This supervisory role oversees a
team responsible for patron communication, newsletter production, graphic
design, signage, meeting room reservations, and large-scale community
programs.  This individual serves as the primary liaison for media
relations and chairs the library’s programming committee.

The Rochester Hills Public Library is located in downtown Rochester, MI and
is part of The Library Network and Metro Net Consortium.  RHPL is an anchor
in the community with a strong commitment to outreach and innovation. The
mission of the RHPL is to empower people to explore and create with
resources that enlighten, educate, entertain, and inform.
