Hi Everyone,

OCLC is seeking current public library professionals to participate in a study. Please see the message below for more information:

Are you a public library professional working in the US or Canada? If so, we'd like to talk with you!

OCLC<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.oclc.org%2Fen%2Fhome.html%3Fredirect%3Dtrue&data=05%7C01%7CWoodGramzaH%40michigan.gov%7Cdd5b01e04bbf467a22db08db3118ee9e%7Cd5fb7087377742ad966a892ef47225d1%7C0%7C0%7C638157755424271763%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=H0BOl%2Fkeixt4b24GRidqJM2f%2BQMz%2FiHIlVDa5cAr%2F9U%3D&reserved=0> is a global library organization that supports thousands of libraries by providing shared technology services, original research, and community programs. We will be holding two virtual focus group interviews in April with frontline staff in public libraries who work in a variety of public library sizes and regions, serving diverse communities across the US and Canada.

If you are interested in participating in this study, please complete a brief online screening survey which should take about 5 minutes. We will use this to determine if you fit the study profile. If you are chosen to participate in the study, you will need to give your consent by signing an online form.

Focus group interviews will be conducted and audio recorded via Microsoft Teams and will last approximately 90 minutes. Your identity will be kept confidential. Your email address and any other identifying information will not be connected to your interview responses. Furthermore, you may withdraw your consent at any time to terminate your participation.

Please access the following link to take the screening survey by April 7:

We look forward to your participation!

 Sincerely,

Lynn Silipigni Connaway, Ph.D.
