Registration is now open for Bay County Library System's upcoming Early Childhood Workshop: Sharing STEM with Young Children, presented by the Sloan Museum of Discovery! 

This FREE workshop, developed specifically for librarians, early childhood educators, teachers and parents, will take place at Alice & Jack Wirt Public Library (500 Center Ave, Bay City, MI, 48708) on Saturday, December 2, from 10am-12pm. 

Interested in doing STEM with your little learners in your center, school, or home?  Join staff from the Sloan Museum of Discovery as they share some of their favorite STEM activities in this fast-paced, hands-on session. The STEM activities presented will focus on Pre-K to grade 3. Attendees will leave a detailed write up of each activity, as well as a signed certificate of attendance and credit in MiRegistry, if needed. Adults only, please. No childcare will be provided. 

Space is limited to 60 attendees and we are expecting this program to fill quickly, so be sure to sign up ASAP.
