[Michlib-l] MeL Minute: Strengthen Library Staff Knowledge with Help from MeL

Despite being an avid reader, I had to tell them that I had not, in fact, read all 10,000+ books in our collection. No matter your job description, if you work in a library people expect you to know a lot about books and be up to date on issues that impact libraries.
