[Michlib-l] Question about "ratting on someone"

 Hi.
 I have a question for small libraries.  Who do you go to when as an 
employee you have a complaint about another employee or even the boss?  Is 
there an appointed liaison on the board that you can go to?  or what?  Just 
trying to figure this all out going forward.
