[Michlib-l] Survey request from doctoral student

Sharing on behalf of Sean Gaffney, a PhD candidate in Organizational Change Leadership here at WMU and a Florida-based librarian who also teaches in the San Jose State University School of Information online library program. His dissertation project is exploring types of organizational power during digital transformation in libraries, and he is looking for survey respondents who are current library employees at any kind of library, in any kind of role.

The survey takes about 15 minutes and does not collect any identifiable information about you or your employer. Sean's contact information is in the consent form on the first page of the survey if you have questions.
