Hello!

It is Library Law Office Hours Week!

Join us THURSDAY April 18,2024 @ 3:00pm – 4:30pm (EST)

This is a Zoom meeting when public library land can ask library law questions like:

“Is it considered theft of government property if the government-owned work laptop of a public employee on FMLA leave is confiscated by the employee’s spouse so the employee can’t “work?”… (Just asking for a friend…) 😉

I will be on leave, but luckily, this installment of Library Law Office Hours will be hosted by none other than:

Anne Seurynck, Attorney, Foster, Swift, Collins, and Smith

Mike Blum, Attorney, Foster Swift, Collins, and Smith

While the hosts have changed, the process stays the same – registration is required to attend (if you have already registered for this occurrence, you do not need to register again!).
