[Michlib-l] Cookbook Club Waiver

Hi, everyone,

Our library is considering starting a monthly Cookbook Club and our lawyers
suggested we have a waiver for participants to sign before joining. Do any
of you currently offer this to your patrons and have an example of your
waiver you would be willing to share? Please reply off-list.
