Good morning,
I work at the Grosse Pointe Library and have been experimenting with intergenerational programming. I have typically been using the phrase "all ages" when I promote these programs, but I'm finding that the term "all ages" seems to signal all ages of children to our patrons. So, for example, my comic book making club had big families with children from 2-10 in attendance, but garnered no teens, adults, or seniors.
I'm wondering if anyone has used different wording to promote intergenerational programs? I personally think "intergenerational" is a little wordy for a e-newsletter blurb, but I'm open to all ideas!
Thanks so much,
Annie Spence
