[Michlib-l] Training Recommendations

Hey all,

We’re planning an all-staff in-service for our system this fall. As part of the sessions throughout the day, we’re hoping to offer both library-oriented customer service training and separate DEI training. Can you please share any recommendations you might have for either of these types of trainings? We’re located in the thumb area, if that’s at all helpful. 😊
