[Michlib-l] Rochester Hills Public Library's new library millage

I am happy to report that residents in Rochester Hills approved a new
millage (.39 for 10 years) with 66% support.  The library has had 1 Mill
(Headlee Reduced) as the only millage since 1924 and this is the first time
voters have approved an operating increase in over a century of service.
