[Michlib-l] Staff Appreciation

One fun thing we did this past year was write everyone’s name on the white board in our breakroom and then coworkers wrote notes about what they appreciated about that person next to their names. It was neat to watch the whiteboard fill up with positivity and acknowledgement of everyone’s strengths
