Lapeer District Library is currently seeking applicants for the position of
Children's Library Assistant.

Position: Children's Library Assistant
Hours: Part-Time (24 hours/week)
Schedule: Nights and weekends may be required

About Us: The Lapeer District Library is dedicated to fostering a love of
reading and learning within our community. We are committed to providing a
welcoming environment where children and families can explore, discover,
and grow. We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our
team as a Children's Library Assistant.

Position Overview: The Children's Library Assistant will work closely with
the Children's Department Head to support and enhance the library's
offerings for children and families. This role involves a mix of hands-on
assistance with daily tasks and the opportunity to lead and develop
programming for young patrons. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about
children's literature, enjoys working with children, and is excited to
contribute to a dynamic team.
