[Michlib-l] Policy on new Earned Sick Time Act (Paid Medical Leave Act)

Hello everyone, 

Has any library adopted a new policy concerning the new Earned Sick Time Act
for their employee policy? We have three part-time employees. We would
deeply appreciate if you could share any feedback or policy that your
library has adopted.
