 I am seeking input on how your library manages scheduling and promotions
for events.

   *Newsletter Scheduling:*
   - How many months in advance do you typically release your event
      schedules in newsletters?
   2.

   *Major Event Planning:*
   - How do you include big events in your calendar to keep them visible
      and relevant throughout the year?
   3.

   *Calendar Organization:*
   - Do you have any tips or tools for effectively organizing your event
      calendars for both regular and special programming?
