[Michlib-l] Superior District Library passes millage increase

We are happy to announce that the Superior District Library, located in the eastern end of the Upper Peninsula, in both Mackinac and Chippewa counties and covering approximately 2,300sq miles, has just passed a millage increase from 0.4976 to 0.9975 for the next ten years!
