[Michlib-l] Books from Book Club Kits Available

Happy New Year Everyone!
I had to discard 16 book club kits to make room for the new ones, so I have
some books to give away. All of the kits have 10 paperback copies of the
same book and only a few of them have a large print copy of the book also
(I will indicate which ones have the large print copy below). They are all
in good to excellent condition. Because these went so quickly last year,
please request only one per library.

The books have a white sticker with a number on the lower spine and a
sticker on the front cover that has our library name and a note about it
belonging to a book club kit. Our library name is stamped on the title page
and usually page 39. I am not removing/covering any of these for fear of
ruining the books, please remove or cover all mention of our library when
you receive them. I also have copies of the discussion questions in
Microsoft word that are on our letterhead, please let me know if you want
them.

   - Little Bee by Chris Cleaves.
   - Painted Horses by Malcolm Brooks.
   - Stealing Mona Lisa by Carson Morton.
   - Thirteenth Tale by Diane Setterfield.
   - Bookman's Tale by Charlie Lovett.
   - The Apprentice: My Life in the Kitchen by Jacques Pepin.
   - Devil in the White City: murder, magic, and madness at the fair that
   changed America by Erik Larson.
   - House of Special Purpose by John Boyne.
   - Bel Canto by Ann Patchett.
   - Lights out: a cyberattack, a nation unprepared, surviving the
   aftermath by Ted Koppel  (extra large print copy).
   - Freedom by Jonathan Franzen.
   - Left Neglected by Lisa Genova.
   - Elizabeth Street by Laurie Fabiano.
   - Case Histories by Kate Atkinson.

Please let me know which title(s) you would like and what your library and
ZV code is. These will probably be sent out in the next few days and I will
let each library know which one they are getting.
