Motivating Employees to Be Their Best: Thursday, August 22, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern (9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central). This course is designed to share how to tailor your leadership and communication style to better suit the needs of your employees. As a result, you will be able to create a shared vision for your organization, build group identity, create a culture of ownership, and establish a more collaborative, inspiring work environment. Learning to Manage for New Managers: Wednesday, September 18, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern (9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central). You’ll learn to successfully handle staff, projects, performance, conflict, and even yourself as you evaluate and continuously improve your effectiveness as a manager.
