[Michlib-l] Patron Services vs circ/ref

Hello all,

Those of you have shifted into a Patron Services model from separate
circulation and reference desks and staffing roles, could you share job
descriptions for your front-facing (non-supervisory) staff in that
department? Do you have any tips and tricks on the transition?
