Hello all, I have been tasked to run a Leadership Book Club for leaders at my health system via Teams. I did one already but mostly winged it and relied heavily on my charming personality, which was unreliable.
Does anyone have a webinar they would recommend on how to run a book club? I am specifically looking for how to maintain conversations, how to ask engaging questions and/ or how to manage a Book Club virtually but any suggestions would be great.
Thank you,
