We also use ICHAT, but they don't charge us since we're a library. See 
the page, _How to register as an Agency in the new ICHAT system, 
_https://apps.michigan.gov/Home/ViewHelpTutorialPDFDoc on their website.

At West Branch we use IChat.  It is the Michigan State Police site.  It
cost $10. for each person you check.  When you get to the homepage login 
as
a guest.  They do take credit cards for payment.  It is fast and easy to
use.
