[Michlib-l] Board Member Conflict of Interest

[White Pine District Library]

Has anyone had a staff member's family member on your library board and if so did you have to do anything different for voting purposes. I imagine they could not vote on wage budget and similar things that affect the staff members directly. I appreciate your responses!
