[Michlib-l] Computer access question

We use a Microsoft software assurance agreement with LTSC office 2020 standard installed on public computers, and Microsoft 365 with the office suite that's bundled with the subscription for staff systems. This keeps everything separate.

We have 3 staff computers and 4 public. How do you keep access separate to Microsoft office but still have some access for the public to use?
Found that our staff files were showing up on the public computers.
