Lapeer District Library is currently seeking applicants for the position of
Library Assistant.



*Position:* Library Assistant

*Hours: *Part-Time (27 hours/week)

*Schedule: *Various branches

     Nights and weekends may be required



*About Us: *The Lapeer District Library is dedicated to fostering a love of
reading and learning within our community. We are committed to providing a
welcoming environment where children and families can explore, discover,
and grow. We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our
team as a Library Assistant.



*Position Overview: *The Library Assistant will support staffing throughout
the Lapeer District Library system, providing essential assistance across
multiple branches as needed. This role involves a combination of daily
operational tasks and opportunities to contribute to the development of
library programming. The ideal candidate is adaptable, enjoys working in
various settings, and is eager to support the library's mission to serve
the community.
