We seek a strongly self-motivated Executive Director (ED) to lead the Library of Michigan Foundation, a small nonprofit foundation in support of the Library of Michigan. In this critical role, you will partner with our internal staff and dedicated Board of Directors to lead daily operations, set and follow strategy, and oversee fundraising initiatives. Our next ED will leverage their experience in supervisory, nonprofit, and project management capacities to drive our organization forward. Ideal candidates have a proven ability to engage and steward donors, oversee operations, and collaborate effectively with a Board of Directors. We seek a dynamic and organized leader with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ideal candidates should be comfortable handling budgets, managing external communications, and supporting fundraising efforts. This role offers flexibility with a hybrid work model; weekly on-site work is necessary in Lansing, MI.
