Hello!
Just a reminder that if your library is considering a partnership with a school, please consult your attorney to create a written agreement governing the partnership. Schools have different legal authorities and duties with regards to privacy, agency over children, curricular choices etc, than public libraries do and it is important to understand what processes may need to be altered to comply with both the school and public library legal requirements, and to protect the library and its staff from unnecessary liability.
Thanks!
Clare

I do a bookmobile to our HS since they don't have a library. I'm also interested in this type of program and the logistics involved.

Good day everyone,
I have an opportunity to partner with the local high school to boost their library use by providing a rotating collection of our public library's books on their shelves.
I know it's been done before elsewhere. If you have experiences with such a program, and perhaps have documentation to share, I would greatly appreciate any knowledge and insight anyone can impart.
Thank you,
