Ruth Hughes Memorial District Library is pleased to welcome Ryan Tackabury
as their new library director, effective September 30, 2024.



Mr. Tackabury comes highly recommended to us from the Genesee District
Library where he has served in many capacities since 2016. Mr. Tackabury
has his Master of Library and Information Science from Wayne State
University with a Master of Public Administration from the University-Flint.



The Ruth Hughes Memorial District board and staff are excited to work
alongside Mr. Tackabury to meet the needs of our patrons and community.
